I tried many apps but this is my go-to. Everything you need you will find in it. I love the warm-up and cool down too. These are so important for me.

This programming is perfect for me with my schedule and the equipment that I have at home. I am able to stay in shape and when I want an extra workout I use the extra programming. Fitness Academy is by far the best bang for your buck.

With the program I have learned many new movements and their correct execution. It is structured so that you can follow it and have a very complete session even if you are a beginner. Also you don’t need a lot of equipment or space.

My name is Evencio Geant, I am 58 years old, almost 59 in December, I started training with Fitness Academy 7 weeks ago, I am in week 8, after 2 weeks I also included weight training, I have been there for 5 weeks, I am in the sixth .
